It's normally not very cost-effective to get digital cameras repaired. Depends what is wrong with it, of course. Maybe it just needs a new battery?

What sort of Palm were you thinking of?

I agree that it may not be cost effective to get a digital camera thats older than a couple of years old repaired as chances are you'll be able to buy a better quality digital camera for less than getting your old one repairing.


If I plan on buying the lighter replacement for the Canon Powershot A70 later this year I'll let you know.
